Destruction Of The World
It was a windy night, much colder
Than the coldest human heart
Under the trees it lay, lit by the moon
The last one of our kind
And behind the moon, the dark blue sky
It took on a sinister hue
And from the wounds of our stolen pride
Revenge would come, revenge!
Fallen trees and every decomposer
All this death became a monster
To right the wrongs, bring an end to all nations
The most horrible stench
Humans and all of their greed
All of us creatures agree
This must come to an end
Any god that they pray to
It won't save them today
And it didn't save them yesterday
And behind the gloom
of those hungry eyes
Lies a craving of love denied
Forever blind to Mammon's lie
The gold they’ll leave behind
Fallen trees and every decomposer
All this death became a monster
To right the wrongs, bring an end to all nations
